If you dont know what it is its a direct plug in standalone ecu. I can get additional software to datalog on a lap top and I would have to run an external WB o2 sensor. The software is over $300 if I wanted it but I dont really need it. P1 has all the professional tuning software but it would cost me extra $$ for street tuning time. It often costs over $1000 and I got it for $655.00 shipped. A great deal.

I also got a set of front 30 mm aluminum (the best ones) 300zx 4 piston brake calipers, pads, and rotors for $100. Normally they go for over $400. All I need is braided lines and Im good to go. Compliments of James Gold.

Mark, can you get recaro seat rails from CMP? I need something for my Momo reclineable seats that wont cause me to hit my head on the roof. Passenger side please. If not I will have to go with some Corbeau's.

Aww, get the software so you can tune it with a laptop. Allows you to make changes instead of relying on someone else.

you can tune it w/o the laptop w/ what he has already on the little commander thingy...but he needs to be on the dyno or at teh least have a wideband hooked up for just street tuning

he also ended up getting the d-jetro version which converts the engine from MAF to MAP sensor :)

oh yeah. I can vent to atmosphere and it not mess up my A/F ratio. Is that a big deal? Yeah, Im sure if the a/f ratio richens up between shifts b/c all that metered air gets dumped out it will kill turbo spool and engine response.

Troy that software is costly. I could probably get all the dyno and street tunes I will ever need cheaper than it will cost me to buy the software and external WB02 module.

Its $363 for the software

Another $349 for the WB kit

Unless I can find the this stuff 2nd hand and cheap from someone I dont think I will be buying it any time soon. I dont have that much money to drip right now.

haha, we talked about that...you can still dump to the atmosphere w/ the MAP, it will actually work better than w/ teh MAF b/c youre not losing that air that you already metered b/c the MAP will be after teh BOV so it wont richen up after you shift...and spool wont be effected, it will drive just like it does now, just not get rich as hell after the BOV goes off

Actually I just realized that I can add up to four inputs which can include a WB02 sensor. So I wouldnt need the external unit.

Eric...find out how much you can get the "Apexi boost control Kit" for. I will need it if I want the PFC to be an electronic boost controller. Most Ive seen cost $390.
